We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Operator who will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for tooling, specifically for extrusion tooling solutions. This role involves programming CNC mills and wire EDM machines to ensure precision and efficiency in tooling production. You will also be tasked with reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

The work environment consists of two buildings with a manufacturing area that can reach temperatures up to 110 degrees, especially in the summer. The maintenance team plays a crucial role in operations, requiring members to work independently and handle challenges aggressively. Standard dress code includes long pants and a work shirt. Shifts are from 7-3:30 or 9-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, Pennsylvania.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
