Position PurposeThis position will support The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice in executing a portfolio of health service research and quality improvement projects. Tasks include project management, meeting facilitation, data collection, management and analysis, research event coordination, reporting, and project development/assisting in preparing grant proposals. Serves as an integral team member in engaging, facilitating, and successfully implementing multiple complex projects. In collaboration with project leaders, implement the entire life cycle of project activities with a high degree of independence and responsibility for ensuring the timely completion of project activities. This project will involve conducting interviews with adolescents and their caregivers related to adolescent mental health crises and home safety, in addition to other qualitative and quantitative project work focused on children with chronic health conditions.

Key Accountabilities
DescriptionManages operational processes for the entire life cycle of research and evaluation activities, including project formation, regulatory, protocol development and implementation, participant tracking and communication, data collection, data analysis, and reporting. Assists with developing project proposals, reports, presentations, and publications.

DescriptionSupports and conducts quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses to complete research deliverables.

DescriptionExecutes various project management tasks, including developing project plans and timelines, tracking deliverables, and initiating follow-up communications to ensure the timely completion of project deliverables. Assists in organizing and planning the upcoming research conference logistics and leads a committee coordinating marketing and promotion.

DescriptionPerforms support functions for the project leaders, including, but not limited to, coordinating meetings, taking and disseminating minutes, developing presentations, and conducting literature reviews.
