In this role, you'll:

Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team delivering the Bus Transport Management System (BTMS) project . You’ll play a vital role in supporting project managers across a diverse portfolio to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery of this major work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage project schedule, risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues - ensuring efficiencies through consistency and best practice
  • Undertake the development of schedules and milestones, clearly communicating considerations and complexities in schedules, encouraging innovation, and providing communication
  • Collection, analysis and collation of high level reports with regards to the progress updates of various projects within the program. Ensuring effective and timely communication of the progress and issues to the team
  • Develop processes, standards and tools to produce regular reports detailing project progress against plan, highlighting critical issues.
  • Engaging with stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation and issues management

About you

You’re a capable and detail-oriented project support professional with growing experience in delivering results in complex environments. You’ve supported multiple initiatives simultaneously and developed solid skills in risk and issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. Any experience in managing projects that involve physical/equipment installations would be highly regarded.

With a proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn, you thrive in dynamic settings and bring clarity, organisation, and enthusiasm to every task. Your communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities make you a valuable asset to any program team.
