They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.

Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firm's client base. Your work will involve building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

  • Support senior firm leadership to drive the development and deliverance of business plans
  • Provide strategic action plans to identify market and industry opportunities • Assist Partners in business program tracking and account management and make recommendations
  • Identify innovative solutions capability and support development of go-to-market strategies
  • Identify emerging capabilities and subject matter expertise to create solutions to meet needs of clients
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with institutions and relevant government agencies
  • Enhance the internal sales capability with training, coaching and internal communications
  • Provide proposals support including proposal strategy, coaching and review • Central point of contact for notification and pipeline management
  • Stakeholder on new thought leadership and marketing event initiatives
  • Support marketing events including targeting and lead follow-up
