Our client, a leader in the automotive leasing industry, is looking to add a Bilingual Vendor Strategy/Operations Manager to their team in Mississauga on a permanent, full-time basis.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing and optimizing a broad vendor network across the Canadian market, with an immediate focus on provincial partnerships
  • Act as the primary liaison between vendors, including licensing and compliance offices, dealerships, repair shops and other 3rd-party service providers
  • Ensure that vendor performance aligns with operational expectations and SLAs
  • Play a strategic role in implementing the vendor management framework, analyzing performance through data tools, and driving continuous improvement
  • Utilize dashboards and BI tools to collect, analyze, and visualize vendor KPIs
  • Set performance review cadence and facilitate business reviews
  • Support vendor identification, onboarding, contract negotiation and lifecycle management
  • Will travel in-person across Canada frequently to foster in-person relationships and drive operational accountability

The qualifications for this role include:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 5+ years of vendor management, supplier management or procurement experience
  • Must be available to drive within Canada and US for training and in-person meetings with vendors
  • Experience within fleet management or rental car industry would be an asset

OTHER

  • This person will be based out of Mississauga and required to be in-office 3 days/week on a hybrid schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $157000.00/yr.
