Environmental Project Coordinator/Professional

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a team in close collaboration with project managers, project directors, technical leaders, engineers, and technicians;
- Coordinate all stages of site environmental site assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects;
- Communicate with various stakeholders (third parties, subcontractors, suppliers) related to the project and coordinate between them;
- Prepare quality deliverables, including the collection, compilation, and interpretation of data for ESAs, environmental monitoring programs, remediations, permitting, or other technical reports;
- Occasionally carry out fieldwork, including soil and groundwater assessments, monitoring programs, field tests, and remediation work;
- Collaborate in the development of technical service offers and financial proposals;
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and quality management requirements;
- Perform budget follow-ups to achieve project financial objectives;
Depending on skills and profile:
- Participate in the evaluation, design and/or operation of remediation technologies;
- Participate in applied research and development projects;
- Provide support to other disciplines involved in contaminated site management (water treatment team, risk assessment, modelling, etc.);
- Contribute to the implementation of digital technologies facilitating data acquisition and management.
What We Are Looking For:
- A technical diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, geology, or another environmental specialty;
- Knowledge of provincial regulations and best practice guidelines;
- Fieldwork experience in contaminated site assessment, soil and groundwater sampling
- Ability and ease in making critical judgments;
- Attention to detail and good adaptability;
- Ease of working in a team and with colleagues in other offices in Canada;
- A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Strong communication and writing skills in English;
- A safety-conscious attitude and understanding of health and safety procedures in the workplace.
- A valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of database software is an asset (ARCGIS, AutoCAD, Openground, Leapfrog, EQuIS, etc.);
