Data Center Relocation Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of a data center migration to a colocation (colo) facility. This executive-level role will drive a high-impact, cross-functional program critical to the company's infrastructure transformation and operational continuity.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing complex data center relocations, with deep knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing structures, and compliance requirements. A key responsibility will be to identify overlooked risks or opportunities across infrastructure, operations, financials, and regulatory landscapes, ensuring all elements of the migration are proactively addressed.

This role requires a strong, collaborative leader who can effectively guide and align internal teams across technical, business, application, legal, communication, and continuity functions. The Program Manager will lead strategic planning, define and measure program success, and oversee the coordination of project interdependencies while maintaining detailed program documentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting and communicating program objectives and migration strategies.
• Leading risk and change management across all projects within the program.
• Identifying financial and tax-related considerations, including potential capitalization opportunities and tax incentives
• Delivering clear, executive level communications and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensuring all activities align with client's broader mission and goals.

This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, secure, and cost-effective migration to a colo environment while safeguarding business operations and compliance standards.
