- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Track bagged seed quantities for inventory management
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on bagging equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and stack bags repeatedly
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills for weighing and counting
- Willingness to work in a production environment
