Location: Mount Prospect, IL

Pay: Up to $19/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced office environment. If you’re organized, a quick typist, and have great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer service calls regarding pricing and product availability
• Respond to customer emails with accurate information
• Perform basic order entry into the system
• Provide support to internal teams and clients as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to type at a moderate speed (must be willing to complete a typing test)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
