Job Description

The RFS Team is hiring a Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

The key responsibilities of a Senior Test Engineer are as follows:

  • Full test development of a breakthrough/derivative product.
  • Works with design teams to implement Design for Manufacturing and/or Design for Testing (DFx) techniques.
  • Resolve highly complex technical issues on any RF products.
  • Works with Marketing, Fab, and Assembly teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Use statistical tools for data analysis and technical presentation
  • Proactively seeks to identify manufacturing issues and recommend solutions

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
  • Strong background in electronics, circuit analysis, ICT tests and measurement methods
  • Total understanding of test solutions on one or more test platforms.
  • Detailed understanding of general test techniques particularly in RF products.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related and progressive experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electronics or any related field of study
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and learning sessions
  • Can provide coaching for emerging engineers
  • Participate in own career development planning.
