Responsible for territory retail operation management, execution & elevation of partner retail excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and deliver territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business and long-term partnership with wholesalers
Set seasonal branch lever door plan with X-functional alignment before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plans
Work with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door plan
Collect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail moments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry; sports background is preferred
Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software
