Job Purpose:

Responsible for territory retail operation management, execution & elevation of partner retail excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and deliver territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business and long-term partnership with wholesalers
  • Set seasonal branch lever door plan with X-functional alignment before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plans
  • Work with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door plan
  • Collect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail moments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry; sports background is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
