In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of ProMach’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commissions, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. This position is commission eligible. The first year's commissions are guaranteed.
Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match.
