Responsibilities • Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth. • Pull and analyze data from key performance reports. • Manage team to meet key performance metrics. • Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates. • Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates. • Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals. • Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. • Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary. Qualifications • Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. • Nurturing and professional attitude. • Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic. • Microsoft office proficient, especially excel. • Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance. • Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization. • Experience managing a team preferred. • Must be able to travel for business needs.
