Your Role

At SellerX, we’re growing our Data team and looking for a Data Analyst who can turn data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role is perfect for someone who combines strong technical skills with business acumen and takes full ownership of delivering data solutions to stakeholders. You'll be responsible for designing dashboards, writing high-quality SQL, and working closely with business teams to help them make better, faster, data-driven decisions.

• In Detail, you’ll be hands-on:
• Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards and reports in Power BI to track KPIs and measure performance
• Writing efficient and scalable SQL queries to gather, transform, and analyze large datasets
• Supporting sales, marketing, pricing, and operational teams with insights and analytics
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical reporting solutions
• Acting as a main point of contact on data-related requests for your area of ownership
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve data processes
• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability of all reports and dashboards you deliver

Requirements to thrive in your new role:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Business Analyst
• Strong proficiency in SQL — you can write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries with confidence
• Proven experience building dashboards using Power BI
• Advanced skills in Excel and understanding of key BI concepts
• Strong ownership mindset — you work independently, deliver reliably, and improve continuously
• Excellent stakeholder management — you're confident collecting requirements, presenting insights, and managing expectations
• Clear communicator with strong English skills (both verbal and written)

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Snowflake and Airflow (alternatively: BigQuery or Databricks)
• Experience with Power Query and DAX
• Understanding of dbt and Python
• Background or interest in eCommerce business and marketing analytics
