Support the Content Team in managing and maintaining music libraries and content supplier relationships. This involves performing various tasks such as data entry, report generation, quality assurance, and administrative duties to ensure the accurate and efficient operation of the content supply chain.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Content Team with tasks related to music libraries and content suppliers.
  2. Prepare and submit weekly reports to senior management.
  3. Maintain and update company systems daily.
  4. Document tasks and reports on a daily and weekly basis.
  5. Ensure data integrity through thorough checks and generate insightful summary reports.
  6. Track project progress effectively using JIRA.
  7. Update the AUDIT 2 spreadsheet regularly.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

  • GCE A/L or GCE O/L with a relevant certificate or diploma.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Candidates must be available to work the overnight shift (3pm - 11pm)
  • Ability to work according to foreign calendars (UK Calendar)
