What Makes You a Great Fit:

We're seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical strategy and architecture of our Salesforce platform as we transition to our proprietary Global Work Platform (GWP). This role will be critical in designing and implementing scalable solutions that bridge our current Salesforce infrastructure with our evolving technical ecosystem.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Technical Leadership

• Design and oversee the technical architecture for Salesforce-GWP integration
• Establish architectural patterns and best practices
• Guide technical decisions for platform migration initiatives
• Provide oversight for Festival delivery components

Solution Design & Implementation

• Create scalable and performant solutions for complex business requirements
• Design robust data models and security frameworks
• Develop integration patterns between Salesforce and internal systems
• Optimize system performance and scalability

Strategic Planning

• Lead technical strategy for platform evolution
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps
• Establish governance frameworks
• Guide architectural decisions across teams

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, APIs
• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• 3+ years in architectural roles

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

Annualized Pay Range

$225,000—$300,000 USD
