This requires changes to the activities that frontline teams are undertaking, whilst also managing a complex relationship with the delivery programme, technical authority, system operator and GBRX.
This programme is revolutionising the way we signal trains – which is the biggest change in a generation. It is nationally precedent setting and will lead the way the rest of the organisation deliver major signalling renewals.
