Technical Lead – DuckCreek Claims (V10/V11) & .NET

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with experience in DuckCreek Claims (V10/V11) and .NET development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing DuckCreek Claims modules and integrating with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance DuckCreek Claims V10/V11 modules.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Claims processing.
• Participate in agile delivery teams and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in enterprise architecture or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with DuckCreek Claims (V10/V11) and .NET (C#/ASP.NET).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
