Your responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of data models and cross-departmental data collection frameworks to support automated, transparent, and customer-accepted billing processes
  • Development and maintenance of internal interfaces for systems such as Alice, MetaDir, BRM, PCM, and SAP, based on SQL
  • Design and optimization of asset lifecycle management and billing processes in MetaDir with focus on catalog-based and pay-per-use models
  • Development of consumption-based billing (CBB) concepts and solutions
  • Creation of dashboards and reporting tools using PowerApps and Power BI
  • Contribution to enterprise-wide data architecture initiatives
  • Coordination between service units for billing, ensuring traceability and transparency of data flows
  • Enhancement of data quality via automated Trusted Source comparison processes using MetaDirectory based on SQL
  • Continuous development of MetaDir functionalities, including:
    • Portfolio & Catalog Management (PCM)
    • Business Relationship Management (BRM/CCM)

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Requirements engineering
    • Databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access)
    • SAP systems
    • Programming & scripting languages
    • Data integration and ETL processes
    • Application and system integration
  • Proficient in:
    • SQL
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Familiarity with IT standards and frameworks:
    • ITIL, Six Sigma, Compliance, Reporting, IT Security
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
