Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently as this role requires interaction with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in Android development.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience effectively.
  • Excellent data-driven and decision-making skills.

About the Job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

In this role, you will be a part of the gTech team supporting Google's SellSide business, working with some of the largest, mobile app developers in the industry, using insights from working with companies to deliver publisher business growth and influence product strategy and design. You will be working closely with the sales teams as the product expert and technical consultant on ad business generation to help publishers build and grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative and scalable solutions to help partners with their day-to-day needs, troubleshooting issues and performing implementation reviews.
  • Advocate for new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical exceptions.
  • Represent clients feedback on features to product management to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure high-level client satisfaction for both new and ongoing clients by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance on technical aspects.
