We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to help us build a dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions for our mission critical field application deployed on both Windows and iOS devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot mission critical software supporting field service operations such as crew timesheet entry, work order tracking, and billing integrations to the ERP.
  • Code and test software upgrades for various form factors and operating systems: iOS/iPad, Windows/Laptop, IIS/Windows 11 Server.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Human Resource, and Payroll team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s systems.
  • Provide production technical support, where needed, in case of application outage.
  • Communicate (iteratively, as needed) application outage root cause and resolution ETA to end users, management, and all stakeholders until app is functioning again.
  • Work with third-party vendors on requirements, integrations, and QA testing.
  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years work experience in related field.
  • Strong proficiency with .Net and related technologies (.Net Framework, Angular, ASP, Maui, IIS).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and experience writing optimized SQL queries.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years work experience in a related field.
