About the Role: We are seeking a Global CRM Platform Design Manager to lead and scale our CRM design team within the TikTok Monetization UED organization. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for setting the design vision, growing a team of talented designers, and driving end-to-end user experience for TikTok’s enterprise-grade CRM platforms. You will act as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on contribution to high-impact initiatives. Your work will enable global sales teams to better serve advertisers and partners by building intuitive, intelligent, and scalable solutions. This is an opportunity to lead design in one of TikTok’s most critical B2B infrastructure areas—shaping how internal tools and systems empower global business success. Team Leadership & People Management - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product designers across multiple CRM initiatives. - Provide ongoing coaching, clear feedback, and career growth support for team members. - Foster a culture of design excellence, ownership, and collaboration. Strategic Design Ownership - Define and drive the design vision and user experience strategy for the global CRM platform. - Partner with product, engineering, research, and operations leads to shape product roadmaps and ensure design is aligned with business priorities. - Ensure the team delivers thoughtful, scalable solutions to complex enterprise workflows across both desktop and mobile. Design Execution & Craft - Guide the team through the full design lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration. - Contribute hands-on to high-priority projects when needed, especially in early-stage or strategic areas. - Ensure the design system is consistently applied and evolved for the needs of internal platforms. Cross-functional Influence - Communicate design strategy and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels. - Advocate for user-centered design within a fast-moving, data-rich, and business-driven environment. - Collaborate with global teams across sales, marketing, compliance, and analytics to deliver holistic solutions.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years managing or directly leading designers. - Deep experience in enterprise, B2B, or CRM-related product design. - Strong track record of building and scaling design teams and processes. - Expertise in solving complex workflow problems with scalable UI/UX solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies. - Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in global sales tools, CRM systems, or monetization infrastructure. - Strong systems thinking, especially in applying or evolving design systems. - Familiarity with internal tool development or enterprise software integration. - Passion for elevating internal user experience and design standards across teams.
