As Vice President in the team you will carry out detailed legal analysis across a broad range of financing, credit and equity related instruments including new issuances, loan documents and bond indentures, review and negotiation of term sheets and long form documents, major modifications, review of restructuring documentation including lock up agreements, secondary transactions, derivatives and securitizations in support of a dynamic investment strategy that seeks opportunities across European and other jurisdictions, including the United States. The successful candidate will be familiar with European documentation (and ideally have a working knowledge of New York law credit documentation). It is also desirable to have an understanding and working knowledge of the restructuring framework in the different European jurisdictions and in the United States.
