As a Program Manager on the eero Order Management team, you will support key organizational planning and drive process improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about managing day-to-day operations and supporting customers, both end users and B2B partners. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams while meeting established SLAs. This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with our Order Management, Partner Success, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and Manufacturing Operations teams to execute on order management, sample fulfillment, returns processing, buyback programs, and operational deliverables.

The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for implementing and improving operational processes, while representing the Order Management team as a subject matter expert cross-functionally. Strong project management, communication, process design and reporting skills are a must.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Operations program strategy through planning cycles and facilitate strategy brainstorming discussions
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our sample order program, managing domestic and international fulfillment to ensure SLAs are being met and organizing logistical and compliance requirements
  • Manage the Order Management processes for eero’s B2B BuyBack Program and RMA processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures and SLAs
  • Execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for assigned initiatives including product launches and customer/partner onboarding
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to implement processes and resolve day-to-day issues
  • Monitor project risks, provide regular status updates, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for the Order Management organization
  • Identify and implement process improvements within defined workstreams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Operations, Logistics)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager, preferably in a high volume supply chain, e-commerce or consumer electronics environment
  • 1-2 years of domestic and international logistic operations experience required
  • Experienced with order-to-cash, returns, item receipts, RMAs
  • Experienced with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experienced with NetSuite, Shopify, Jira, or similar logistics, order management, and project management tools
  • Demonstrated project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail-oriented with experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with agile/iterative development practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
