Join the team that powers Amazon’s programmatic advertising auctions, driving real-time decisions that impact billions of ad impressions, advertisers' success, and customer experience every day. We’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges at scale and is excited to help shape the future of Amazon's high scale low latency customer-facing advertising systems.
As a Software Engineer on the Sponsored Display Auction team, you’ll work closely with applied scientists, economists, and product managers to design and deliver low-latency, high-throughput systems that power ad prediction, ranking, bidding, and allocation. You’ll help invent and operationalize new auction formats — building reliable, explainable, and performant systems that scale with Amazon’s massive advertising ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of machine learning, game theory, economics, and high-performance engineering—and to make a direct impact on a multi-billion dollar business.
