Product Manager

Department: Product Solutions

Location: NY

We seek a Product Manager with expertise in B2B SaaS strategy, operations, or product management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with teams across Sales, Product Growth, Technology, Operations, and other Product Managers to gather and implement stakeholder requirements. Key responsibilities include product planning (developing strategy and roadmaps) and go-to-market activities, including the creation and maintenance of solution briefs..

Key Responsibilities

  • Becoming the Solution Guru: You’ll deeply understand the market pain points our customers face – whether it’s high abandonment rates in onboarding, sophisticated fraud attacks, or compliance headaches with KYC/KYB. Then, you'll clearly articulate how a Prove solution, like Pre-Fill™, Identity Manager, Prove Unify, or Verified Users, directly solves those problems. We're talking about crafting compelling narratives that resonate.
  • Defining the "What" and the "Why": Working hand-in-hand with our Product & Engineering teams (who build the core components) and our Data Science teams, you'll define the scope, inputs, outputs, and unique value proposition for your solutions. What specific problem does it solve? What does it look like in practice? How do we license it? What's the pricing model? These are all questions you'll answer.
  • Go-to-Market Champion: This is big. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Growth, and Marketing to ensure they have everything they need to sell effectively. That means creating crisp, clear solution briefs, battlecards, and user flows. You'll be the go-to expert for training the sales force and helping Marketing craft campaigns that truly speak to our target audience.
  • Feedback Loop Operator: Our market doesn't stand still, and neither do we. You'll be constantly gathering feedback from customers, sales, and competitive intelligence to iterate on our messaging and solutions. Is it hitting the mark? Are we seeing market resonance? You'll assess product-market fit (think RED/YELLOW/GREEN, if you catch my drift) and feed that directly back into the solutions roadmap.
  • The Problem-Solver: You'll identify roadblocks that might hinder market fit or revenue impact for your solutions. See something that's just not quite right or a gap we need to fill? You'll flag it, propose solutions, and drive towards resolution.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness: Given our work in financial services and highly regulated industries, you'll always have an eye on compliance. You'll understand the regulatory landscape (think FinCEN, FCRA, etc.) and ensure our solutions help clients meet their obligations while fighting fraud.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 6+ years experience product management, product marketing, strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology context
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a product analyst or product manager in fast-paced scaling environment
  • Strong technical background, either from academic, Engineering, or hands-on product development experience with the ability to craft market facing product positioning, messaging, content and programs
  • Demonstrated experience growing an existing product line and building new, valuable products and features
  • Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a high growth startup with quickly expanding teams and aggressive revenue growth plans
  • Experience in high growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.

The salary range for this role in New York City is $145,000-$155,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
