Job Description Summary

This role is primarily responsible for leading development and operational aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS (Account reconciliation) implementation. You will be responsible as a Technical SME for operating in lockstep with product management, financial controllership and technical teams to implement and maintain solutions as per business and IT requirements. In addition, you will also be required to support strategic Finance IT initiatives in Oracle EPM Cloud.

Job Description

In this role you will,

  • Work as a hands-on ARCS technical SME with technical product managers, functional and IT teams to implement and support GE HealthCare Account Reconciliation Cloud services application in EPM Cloud.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to functional team requirements and operational issues, support technical upgrades and system updates for ARCS portfolio.
  • Develop/Debug complex SQL stored procedures, data management interfaces and reports for Account Reconciliation and Transaction Matching needs of the application.
  • Design and implement application security strategy for ARCS application portfolio as per EPM Cloud best practices using Oracle Identity Cloud and as per organizational identity guidelines.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex implementations.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.
  • Lead and co-ordinate SOX compliance audit requirements for ARCS application portfolio.
  • Build comprehensive operational health checks to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture. Develop automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
  • Develop and establish standard processes for ARCS technical implementations.
  • Partner with data and analytics team, upstream and downstream IT teams to deliver ARCS data and reporting requirements. Support data and analytics teams troubleshoot and resolve issues as required.
  • Partner with peers to integrate with ERPs, data & analytics platforms and other upstream and downstream systems as required to support business needs.
  • Triage/debug production issues (Data, Code, Performance, Security, etc.), identify root cause and corrective actions
  • Partner with functional team to assess their business needs and recommend IT solutions
  • Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
  • Partners with Leadership to ensure healthy development and program delivery .
  • Provide training and mentor team on ARCS and EPM Cloud.
  • Liaison with internal IT and vendor support teams to resolve problems, implement solutions based on an on-going basis.

Qualifications/Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in business, computer science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with 10+ years of professional experience
  • 6 to 8 years hands on experience working on Oracle EPM Cloud products, ARCS, ARM implementations.
  • Demonstrates knowledge on technical areas such as Data Management, Integrations, security & compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise with SQL database and PL/SQL
  • Experience working with controllership teams and a basic understanding of finance processes
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, ITIL and Collaboration tools like Rally, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 suite.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Certifications in ARM, ARCS, EPM SaaS Cloud is desirable to have but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
