Manage production planning and control for Final Testing, including order intake, evaluation, and coordination with Assembly PC and SCM planners.
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization.
Monitor production status and follow up on delivery timelines to ensure on-time performance.
Review and prepare necessary testing tools (e.g., load boards and kits) based on forecasted production loads.
Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Throughput Time (TPT), and SPA.
Support production lines in improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Possess up to 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant major, such as Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
Ability to work effectively with different teams such as manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
