Job Description

Join an assembly team to work on multiple sections, utilizing gages, calipers, and soldering irons to build PCB boards. Ensure no dust or particles are present in the PCBs while building circuit boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems. Additionally, work with software and upload on smartphones as part of the controller for viewing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, complex mechanical components proficiently.
• Experience with soldering or willingness to learn.
• Follow assembly documentation and execute verbal/written instructions with consistency and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and production areas.
• Communicate ideas and problems effectively to technicians and engineers.
• Execute tests using specialized fixtures and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and rework electronics or other complex mechanical assemblies.
• Operate precision measuring equipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembling small, complex mechanical components.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and IT or manufacturing
• Ability to build hardware products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Assembly production associates experience.
• NPI (New Product Introduction) production experience.
• Assembly repair, test, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with circuit board and electromechanical assembly.
• Must be trainable, coachable, and reliable.
• Approachable to feedback and passionate about world-class drone manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
