Job Title: Production/Quality Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production/Quality Supervisor with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in aerospace quality management or a similar regulated industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, and aerospace audit protocols, with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production and quality management processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Lead and manage quality inspection teams to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA regulations through effective audit management.
  • Utilize quality tools and software, such as SPC, Minitab, and ERP/QMS platforms, to optimize quality control.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the production and quality departments.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in aerospace quality management or a similar regulated industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, and aerospace audit protocols.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and software, such as SPC, Minitab, and ERP/QMS platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Full health, vision, dental, 401k benefits from day 1. Along with supplemental bonuses depending on production goals and audit goals.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Sharonville,OH.
