About the Role

As the Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs & Initiatives, you will play a critical role in shaping how our revenue engine operates, helping drive sustainable growth, increase efficiency, and deliver a seamless experience for sellers and customers alike.

In this highly cross-functional leadership role, you will oversee and execute complex, high-impact initiatives that modernize sales operations, optimize GTM processes, and accelerate revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, and change leadership—driving initiatives that enhance sales productivity, streamline lead-to-cash processes, and improve customer engagement.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for enabling high-performing sales organizations. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and bring deep expertise in GTM execution and transformation, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Program Leadership
  • Lead and scale mission-critical GTM programs that span Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Process Optimization
  • Redesign core GTM processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and sales execution, to drive higher conversion rates and improved sales velocity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with leaders across the business to ensure alignment and successful delivery of GTM initiatives. Influence without authority and coordinate prioritization and resourcing across multiple functions.
  • Program & Change Management
  • Manage the full lifecycle of GTM programs, from scoping and planning to execution, adoption, and iteration, while embedding change management best practices.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Establish governance models, operating cadences, and dashboards to drive execution rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement across GTM functions.
  • Executive Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and data-backed recommendations that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or program management within SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, lead-to-revenue processes, and pipeline management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach and sales productivity tools.
  • Exceptional program and project management skills, with a keen eye for process design and execution excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach with strong grasp of KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience leading CRM modernization, sales automation, or customer lifecycle transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with emerging GTM technologies and revenue operations trends.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
  • Confident in navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • PMP certification or Agile experience is a plus.
