Lead the technology strategy and delivery of prepaid and public web platforms, including Ezys.lt, its mobile app, and self-service systems along with our Telia.lt homepage. The role oversees tech consolidation, modernization and operations of frontend applications, prepaid mobile app, headless CMS and chatbot content infrastructure.

Who we're looking for

Technology and people leader with a knack for experimentation and simplification showcasing what small and nimble teams can accomplish quickly!

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in leading technology stack simplification for public web platforms.
  • Proven expertise in backend modernization to drive better homepage experience.
  • Leadership in frontend and content platform modernization, focused on unifying mobile, web, CMS, and chatbot ecosystems.
  • Experience overseeing traffic orchestration initiatives, with strong understanding of strategies to manage and optimize digital traffic flows.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and UX principles is a valuable advantage.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for experimentation, cost optimization and continuous simplification.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Natural collaborator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with business partners and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
