As a Head of Enterprise Applications, you’ll...

Lead the people and technology strategy and execution across Team Productivity (e.g. Atlassian suite), Sourcing & Logistics (SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, SRM), and Accounting (SAP S/4HANA FI, FICO, CO, PS, AA, RE-FX, Payments). Lead a high-performing team to turn legacy systems into reliable and low-maintenance stack. Act as a key partner to business and IT leadership, ensuring ERP technology investments align with strategic goals and future growth.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a technology and people leader skilled in driving enterprise agility, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across Telia’s ERP stack. You are passionate about scalable architecture, modernization, and unlocking better things for Telia Lietuva through smart, integrated platforms.

Key qualifications include:

• Hands-on experience with SAP ecosystem—preferably SAP FI-CO, MM, or SD—is strongly preferred; experience with other enterprise-grade ERP systems will also be considered.
• Proven track record driving architectural change and digital transformation, including legacy system modernization and automation.
• Experience leading IT or business application initiatives, whether through formal team leadership or informal coordination of cross-functional projects.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to define a clear ERP technology vision aligned with business objectives, supported by concrete examples of successful implementation.
• Demonstrated talent for building consensus and fostering cooperative, solution-focused collaboration across diverse teams, naturally seeking alignment and mutual success.
• A passion for efficiency and automation.
• Experience managing vendors and partners, including procurement negotiations, contract management, and implementation of service quality KPIs.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
