Lead and evolve Tier 2 and 3 support functions across SAP CRM and digital platforms, ensuring high service quality, rapid incident response, and root cause resolution. Oversee IT Systems support strategy, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer and business outcomes. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, knowledge management, and proactive issue prevention across IT Systems landscape.

Who we're looking for

To succeed in this role, the candidate will be an analytical, superbly diligent and service-driven leader with deep expertise in running state-of-the-art IT support operations. Skilled in managing Tier 2/3 support, optimizing processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Focused on operational excellence, team learning, and delivering incident-free future.

  • Proven track record in leading and optimizing IT support operations, with a focus on Tier 2/3 support.
  • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build outcomes-focused teams.
  • Committed to process optimization and driving root cause resolution.
  • Skilled in cross-functional standard setting.
  • Committed to a learning culture within the team, fostering growth and development.
  • Technical background (e.g., systems administration, infrastructure) – nice to have.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and structured service delivery.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4 950 - 7 460 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
