Lead the simplification and operations of core digital systems, including AWS-based microservices, Single Sign-On (SSO), customer-facing mobile app frontends, and customer care systems. The role will ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and streamlined architecture by optimizing supplier ecosystems to reduce complexity across digital landscape.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic leader who excels at simplifying complex digital systems. She/He thinks holistically about systems architecture and is focused on simplifying technology stack and operations across all customer-facing digital touchpoints. Strong communication skills, a results-driven simplification mindset, and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems are essential to succeed in this role.

Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience managing and collaborating with 3rd-party suppliers and service providers.
• Strong commercial pragmatism, with a focus on delivering effective solutions over expanding in-house teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills, especially in the context of vendor management and service contracts.
• Ability to evaluate technical proposals and challenge vendors constructively to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Engineering background in software development – to support technical discussions and vendor oversight.
• Formal leadership experience – nice to have – with the ability to align external and internal people toward shared goals.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5500 - 8245 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
