ROLE SUMMARY
Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) harnesses the power of data to drive robust analytical insights develop solutions that enable commercial business units at scale. With colleagues across the globe, GCAs rigorous analytical expertise is depended on as the compass and decision support for the commercial division. The Dynamic Targeting and Customer Facing Colleagues (CFC) AI Solution Enablement Team brings together a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers who come from diverse backgrounds and experience to deliver solutions at scale. As a team, we aim to enable our CFC with the data, insights, and tools that help them to bring the right therapies to our customer to save patients lives.
The Senior Manager, Data Science Agentic Lead is responsible for delivering Agentic Data Science solutions globally of the highest impact. As a strategic partner to the US Commercial teams, this person will develop and implement agentic solutions, which integrate into key platforms and solutions that our Chief Marketing Office (CMO) delivers to marketing and field to drive brand and CEP strategic priorities. This will include driving the execution and interpretation of Agents to meet business context, framing problems, and shaping solutions. Also, this person will be key in helping to shape Agentic roadmap with Digital partners for commercial, as well as interfacing closely with Business Aligned data scientists and brand teams, and interface closely with omnichannel operations to drive execution.
This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business. The successful candidate will join the Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) Team Colleagues worldwide that are constantly supporting our companies’ analytics and business transformation goals through their proactive leadership, innovative analytical capabilities, and their ability to communicate highly complex and dynamic information in new and creative ways.

Other Job Details:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
