Description
One Full Stack Developer (C#, React, GIS/ESRI) is required for the Water Application Support team. This individual will be responsible for supporting problem solving and enhancements to the Water applications that the group is responsible for. Background: Provide Technical support and development for specific GIS applications mainly web GIS applications using ESRI Technolgies and possibly other applications such as Bentely Microstation based systems. Primary duties will include: System enhancements and maintenance requests analysis design development testing implementation and support working with business experts application users and IT service providers to investigate and resolve application issues.

1. Five (5) years' experience in implementation, testing, supporting and documenting custom software development or package application solutions;
2. Five (5) years experience with web and mobile frameworks such as Backbone.js, Ideally React (or angular, react is #1 though) and JQuery;
3. Three (3) years experience in database technologies, database, and scripting such as Oracle or SQLServer;
4. Three (3) years' experience in JavaScript or TypeScript.
5. Three (3) years’ experience in C#.
6. Five (5) years’ experience in ASP.Net applications.
7. Three (3) years’ experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
8. Two (2) years’ experience in Restful API.
9. Three (3) years’ experience in ESRI Portal for ArcGIS Server.
10. Three (3) years’ experience working with ESRI ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
11. Two (2) years' proven experience in translation of business requirements into technical specifications to develop, maintain or enhance software;
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience with Bentley Microstation V8i / CONNECT / 2023/2024. (Bentley exp. is solely related to future projects, not this assignment)
2. Experience of developing Microstation MDL with C/C++ or C#. (Microstation exp. is solely related to future projects, not this assignment)
3. Experience in other industry standard programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.
4. Experience in ESRI Web Appbuilder.
5. Experience in ESRI ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro.
6. Experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline;
7. Ability and willingness to learn new systems and new technologies.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
9. Strong customer service skills; and
10. Ability to work with minimal direction.
11. Experience working with government enterprise systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
