Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Safety team, helping coordinate daily operations and department priorities
  • Schedule meetings, trainings, and team events, including room bookings, attendee communication, and catering
  • Arrange travel for department staff, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and detailed itineraries
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Maintain organized records and department files for easy access and reference
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help with invoice processing, time entry, and other routine administrative tasks
  • Serves in an “as needed” capacity as back-up to other departments
  • Helps in the preparation of reports, invoice processing and/or weekly time entry
  • This position is based in the jobsite trailer, working closely with both field and office personnel

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or certification a plus
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong word processing and Excel skills; ability to prepare spreadsheets, graphs and charts, and presentation materials
  • An aptitude for learning new software applications
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional demeanor
