Contract Length: 6+ months

Pay Range: $55-$70/hr (depending on location/skillset)

Top Requirements:

  1. Business Analyst/Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated project involvement
  2. Solid understanding of ISO messaging standards
  3. Experience in test plan development, test case creation, and scripting
  4. Background in financial services, particularly capital markets, CIB, or payments
  5. Hands-on experience with MX/MD messaging standards
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Plusses:

  1. Knowledge of Money Movement
  2. Prior involvement in payments projects and platforms

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/BA Specialist to support Move Money initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ISO messaging standards, with a background in capital markets, CIB, or payments. This role requires a proactive, independent contributor who can manage requirements analysis, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with minimal oversight.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage initiatives within FX and Move Money teams to meet business goals and timelines
  • Analyze existing requirements and facilitate discussions for new initiatives and enhancements
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on functional and non-functional requirements
  • Track and document defects, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with IT and development teams using ISO technical knowledge
  • Independently manage requirements gathering, test execution, and issue resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and workflows
