Radio Products Canada within Product Development Unit Radio (PEU Radio) drives the end-to-end research and development of Ericsson’s radio products and solutions. We are part of a global organization, within Radio and Transport Engineering Unit (RTE), of approximately 400 engineers and developers collaborating across all PEU Radio sites in China and Sweden to drive Ericsson’s strategy of securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G and the upcoming 6G.
Radio Products Canada drives end-to-end radio product development by enabling efficient WoW and shorten TTM with highest quality through an empowered development team, and close collaboration with our sourcing and supply teams.

What you will do:
— You are leader of leaders
— Your team is responsible for developing software, integrating, testing radio products
— You will build a team and work closely together with your peers locally as well as globally in Sweden and China
— You will get insight and interwork with other relevant RTE and RCE organizations
— You have the opportunity to work with Ericsson’s Tier1 customer units
— You can remove barriers and address complex situations with regards to technical challenges across all development domains
— You will be influential in changing and modelling the organization
— You’ll lead and motivate a team of 6 leaders to increase efficiency and remove impediments
