Responsibilities
- Proficient and able to educate in all aspects of Small and Large group markets for states assigned clients may be headquartered in.
- Proficient and able to educate clients in all funding mechanisms including fully insured, self-insured and captives
- Proficient and able to educate experience rated groups to included interpreting medical loss ratio (MLR) and making renewal/plan recommendations based on MLR trend
- Proficient and able to educate in all ancillary lines & carriers
- Proficient and able to educate regarding the ACA Shared Responsibility and Affordability requirements
- Renewal rate negotiation with carriers
- Create multi-year planning strategies
- Comfortable with presentations to boards, CEO’s and HR Directors
- Coordinating and leading in-person (zoom during COVID) employee education meetings based on the client’s convenience (all hours/days)
- Coordinating and leading in-person renewals and client visits (travel is required)
- Coordinate the NEEBCo Connect site builds with client and NEEBCo Connect staff
- Coordinate enrollment with carriers
- Coordinate multiple entities involved with assigned clients (i.e. Underwriters, Carriers and Third Party Administrators)
- Facilitating wellness programs
- Proactively educate clients on compliance related requirements (i.e. SPDs, annual notices)
- Assist clients with DOL and/or CMS audit notices
- Maintain and develop relationships with assigned client contacts and decision makers
- Obtain referrals, leads and make sales calls
- Working knowledge of Medicare A, B & D
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Years of experience needed 5+,
- HS/some post secondary
- NH Producer’s license preferred
- Ability to handle and document all client service inquiries and other related concerns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with co-workers, clients and vendors
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle interruptions
- Ability to proactively and efficiently work a hybrid work model
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong organizational and time-management
- Deadline and detail oriented

Salary range is $70K to $85K per year.
