PROJECT MANAGER
[What you will be working on]
To align with the Digital Government Blueprint’s vision of “Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart”, LTA is embarking on a digital transformation journey by harnessing new technologies to drive broader efforts to revamp the digital platform, develop and integrate enterprise-wide IT systems. We envision to leverage cloud services such as government commercial cloud infrastructure for enhanced business agility and build stakeholder-centric services that cater to businesses’ needs.
LTA is looking for a Project Manager to be part of the digital transformation team to facilitate the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects.
You will be involved in:
- Coordinate IT project activities, resources, equipment, and information across multiple stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
- Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are clearly communicated
- Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of expenditures
- Support review of accounts and subscriptions.
- Support change management and system testing activities
- Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables
- Support audit reviews
- Organise and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required
[What we are looking for]
- Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
- Familiarity of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
