PROJECT MANAGER

[What you will be working on]

To align with the Digital Government Blueprint’s vision of “Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart”, LTA is embarking on a digital transformation journey by harnessing new technologies to drive broader efforts to revamp the digital platform, develop and integrate enterprise-wide IT systems. We envision to leverage cloud services such as government commercial cloud infrastructure for enhanced business agility and build stakeholder-centric services that cater to businesses’ needs.

LTA is looking for a Project Manager to be part of the digital transformation team to facilitate the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects.

You will be involved in:

  • Coordinate IT project activities, resources, equipment, and information across multiple stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
  • Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are clearly communicated
  • Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of expenditures
  • Support review of accounts and subscriptions.
  • Support change management and system testing activities
  • Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables
  • Support audit reviews
  • Organise and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required

[What we are looking for]

  • Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar role
  • Familiarity of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
