The Senior Applications Developer assists in the management of highly complex PennDOT-developed mobile applications that utilize Swift coding, Java web services and SQL Server. These applications support mission critical program areas with the Department of Transportation. The incumbent serves as an IT application manager for large, highly-complex, distributed enterprise applications. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the design and implementation to support the system architectural needs and shared code frameworks that support all the mobile apps within the Delivery Center.
