JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Works with senior analysts and functional managers to define scope and objectives of a wide variety of projects.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assigned larger portions of project work and provided with latitude to define scope and objectives of own analysis. May develop initial policy recommendations.

Provides leadership to junior analysts related to quality control and data consistency.

Reviews functions and structures of business area to avoid overlapping and duplication.

Manages data documentation using a consistent methodology and nomenclature to ensure that analyses are preserved for future use.

Performs and leads quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale.

Works within the scope and framework of larger projects defined by senior analysts.

Maintain Access databases and create reports in PowerBI.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education required of the position

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: Master's Degree.

Minimum experience required of the position

Analyst I: 0-2 years of professional experience.

Analyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.

Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position

Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
