Key Responsibilities:

• Shear and bend materials to required specifications.
• Assist with receiving and shipping inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing materials and keeping the area clean.
• Complete plant maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the efficient flow of materials.
• Support equipment operators and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, warehouse operations, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
