Level III Circuit Board Assembler | Batavia, OH

1st Shift | $17/hour

Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring to fulfill a full time Assembler for a manufacturing company in Batavia, OH. This role serves to perform hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written work instructions.

Core Functions:

• Identify and read values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components.
• Identify orientation and polarity of components according to the printed circuit board for thru-hole.
• Ability to read assembly drawings to identify part numbers for assembly.
• Basic understanding of the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
• Utilize basic equipment.
• Utilize specialized equipment and/or machines as specified by management.
• Assist in the training of other assemblers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:

• Takes responsibility for the quality of one’s individual work.
• Demonstrates accuracy and neatness in their work.
• Cooperative and dependable, highly motivated, and trustworthy
• Respects and works effectively with fellow team members.
• Will notify team leader if team is not following quality processes.
• Will present new ideas and improvements to team leader.

High School Diploma or GED

Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6:00am-3:15pm, Fri 6:00am-12:00pm
