Pay: $16–$17 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lead CSR/Field Service Technician to join our team and help us deliver top-quality service to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Lead CSR/Field Service Tech is responsible for coordinating and performing on-site service work, including pack-outs, deliveries, and restoration services. This role involves supervising field activities, documenting job progress, handling inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with pack-outs, deliveries, and on-site restoration services
• Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Take and upload job site photos for documentation purposes
• Perform inventory management of customer belongings and supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Ensure all service work meets company standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company in the field

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle contents during pack-outs and deliveries
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photos and documentation
• Prior experience in restoration or field service work preferred
• Leadership experience or ability to manage small crews is a plus
