The purpose of this role is to generate ideas, executions and considers all look-and-feel in solving creative briefs. They are knowledgeable of integrated creative and experience solutions. They can work independently or part of a creative team.

Job Description:

1. 协助团队进行广告创意策划与执行及日常项目管理，有较好的提案能力

2. 有大型广告视频、平面、社交媒体等创意内容的创作经验

3. 了解体育市场及品牌营销，分析行业动态及竞品广告创意

4. 撰写创意文案、广告脚本及相关的项目报告

5. 赛事热点追踪，挖掘体育行业相关洞察

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with advertising creative planning, execution, and daily project management, with strong presentation skills.
• Experience in creating creative content for major advertising campaigns, including video, print, and social media.
• Solid understanding of the sports market and brand marketing, with the ability to analyze industry trends and competitor campaigns.
• Write creative copy, advertising scripts, and relevant project reports.
• Track trending sports topics and uncover insights related to the sports industry.

1. 毕业于广告学、市场营销、体育管理等相关专业，具有创意思维

2. 对体育行业充满热情，熟悉广告制作流程和创意开发

3. 良好的英文写作能力和沟通能力

4. 熟练使用办公软件，会使用Adobe系列PS等设计工具者优先

5. 3-5年相关工作经验

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, with a creative mindset.
• Passionate about the advertising and sports industries, familiar with the advertising production process and creative development
• Good English writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, willing to collaborate with the team, and proactive in learning and facing challenges
• High sense of responsibility and time management, capable of completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
