These roles are Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight

This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 6:30am to 7:30pm
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are or you have:
A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail.
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
