Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a experienced Senior .NET Developer specialized in .NET technologies to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable software solutions critical to our business operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to system enhancements, promote best practices, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvements. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects while demonstrating technical leadership and driving excellence.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in C# with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core (MVC experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and GraphQL.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation via frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or similar.
- Version control familiarity, particularly with Git.
- Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, using tools like TeamCity or equivalent.
- Knowledge of build tools and scripting for automation.
Overall Responsibilities

- Industry experience in financial services, trading, or similarly complex domains is a plus.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Develop, review, and optimize application code to meet quality and performance standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth development and deployment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for application issues, ensuring system reliability.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, deployments, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and incorporate relevant innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) are a plus.
- Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, APIs, and cloud deployment.
